Incorporation of Company

Dear customers,

If you would like to incorporate a company, there are guidelines you should follow:-

1. Pre-Incorporation - You must find name of company that is unique, or you can surf https://product.ssm-einfo.com.my/uni/findroc.php and enter your proposed company name. If you confirm that the company name has not been used by any other company, then you may call us to lodge Form 13A to SSM. Next step, if the name has been approved, then you'll be given a reference number. We will call you to sign Memorandum & Articles of Association (called MNA) and Form 48A (Statutory declaration by a person before appointment as director, or by a promoter before incorporation of corporation) to declare that you are not a bankrupt. You must submit to us a copy of your IC or for foreigner photocopy of your passport.
2. Incorporation - after we have submitted the forms and approved by SSM, form 9 (certificate of incorporation) will be awarded.
3. Post-Incorporation - We will then ask client to come to our office to sign Form 24, 44, 49 for submission to ROC / SSM.
